The delivery date of each item that can be found on the page of each product is a shipping forecast to Mainland Portugal, forecast based on the normal operation of all entities involved in the shipment and delivery of the order. All orders are dispatched by the contracted carrier, with the same speed, however, for reasons unrelated to António Manuel Pinhal Unip Lda, the delivery of these by the Carrier may occasionally suffer slight delays;

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will begin to be handled on the following business day;

Orders shipped to Mainland Portugal (including Islands), will be delivered between 2/3 working days;

Orders sent to the European Union will be delivered within 4/8 working days;

Orders shipped outside the European Union will be delivered within 6/12 working days;

The tracking of the order is done through the tracking number that will be delivered via email;

Together with the order, you can find the respective invoice inherent to your purchase outside the box, inside a transparent plastic bag or envelope;

If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery, he/she will be contacted by the carrier;

In case of delivery problems or questions about the order, you should contact António Manuel Pinhal Unip Lda, through the email: onlineshop@ampinhal.pt indicating the tracking number and the Order Number;

When the Customer receives the order, he/she must immediately check the status of the product(s) box(s). If you present any anomaly you should immediately report the situation to the logistics department of António Manuel Pinhal Unip Lda, through email onlineshop@ampinhal.pt and indicating for this purpose the order /invoice number.
